General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

This website is operated by ACROM GmbH. For all orders placed through our online shop, the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply exclusively, in the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating terms of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after submission by automated email. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

  • All prices are stated in Euros (€), including statutory VAT and plus shipping costs.

  • Available payment methods are shown during the order process (e.g. credit card, PayPal, instant transfer).

  • Your chosen payment method will be charged immediately upon completion of the order.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Delivery times are non-binding unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing.

  • If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, insofar as this is reasonable for the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

Consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG).

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Statutory warranty rights pursuant to §§ 922 ff. ABGB (Austrian Civil Code) apply.

  • We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

  • In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, and in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Copyright

Content, logos, images, and texts on our website are protected by copyright. Use without our express permission is not permitted.

10. Final Provisions

  • Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

  • The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships is, to the extent legally permissible, Bruck/Leitha.

  • If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
