Change of Address

If you need to change the shipping address for an order already placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.

Cancellations

We ship orders as quickly as possible.
After placing your order, you have a 2-hour window to request a cancellation. Please contact our customer service at hello@vionring.com with your order number. We’ll take care of the rest.
