At VION, our mission is to support you on your journey toward a healthier and more balanced life. We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our VION Ring. However, if it does not meet your expectations, we aim to make the return process as transparent and simple as possible.

🕒 Statutory Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear declaration of your decision to cancel the contract via email to hello@vionring.com.

✅ Conditions for Returns

• The VION Ring must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging and all accompanying materials.

• The product must not be damaged or altered.

• Customized or engraved rings are excluded from returns and exchanges.

🔄 Returns & Costs

• Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

• If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will of course cover the return shipping costs. Please report such cases within 14 days of receiving the product.

💳 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund.

• If the return is approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

• Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

🔁 Exchanges

You may exchange your ring for another size or model, provided the desired variant is available. Please specify this when submitting your return request.
